RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Returns Policy
We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order. A refund will be issued minus £2.99 to cover original shipping and/or handling (including for items with promotional free shipping), or the full cost of postage if the order was sent via 24-hour tracked delivery. Please note, the cost of returning the item (tracked) is the customer’s responsibility. All items must be returned unworn in their original condition and packaging, with any promotional items included, and must show no signs of damage.

Exchanges
If you would like to exchange for the same item in a different size, please contact us with your order number and the required size. An exchange will depend on availability. You must return the original item as per above stated conditions, at your own expense within 14 days. For the replacement item the cost of original postage + a £2.99 Royal Mail postage fee will apply.
